 Living a healthy lifestyle is important for your physical & mental well-being. In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it's important for you to eat a nutritious diet, have preventive healthcare, do physical activities, take care of your mental heath, have healthy relationships, & have a balanced work-life. A balanced & nutritious diet is important for your health. Consuming foods belonging to various groups, like proteins, minerals & vitamins, are essential for your body to perform different functions. Getting enough sleep is often overlooked by this generation, but for your health it's crucially important to have quality sleeping. Having seven to nine hours of sleep on daily bases is vital because it helps with emotional well-being, cognitive functions & physical health. Sleeping in a peaceful environment & avoiding caffeine before bedtime can improve one's quality of sleep. Not only sleeping properly comes with benefits, but not having proper sleeping schedule can often lead to various health issues such as weakened immune system, impaired memory, & increase in chronic conditions such as diabetes & obesity. 


4. Work-Life Balance:

Having a Work-life balance in life in vital for a stress free life. Excessive load or tension of work can destroy ones mental health & can cause major physical problem. Allocating time for different activities like work & fun can improve one's work-life as well as mental health. It's important to get involved in activities other than work, like spending time with family, going to the park & more, so you can thrive your way both personally and professionally.
