 Nowadays depression is really common & serious illness that can cause negative impacts on a person's mindset. It can causes sadness & often one loses interests in things, which they once loved to do. Depression can have various emotional & physical problems that can affect a person's ability to work. 


The Causes:

Depression can be caused by various things. Family history of depression can increase the risk of depression as it's in your genes. Secondly, hormonal change or brain chemistry can also lead to depression. But one of the main reasons for depression is trauma or stress. Critical life events such as death of a loved one, financial issue or any past trauma can lead depression. 


Getting Rid Of Depression:

Curing depression can be hard but curing it is vitally important for your mental health. To get rid of depression it's not only needed to get proper medication & therapy, but it's also important to change your lifestyle and environment. While taking medication and therapy it's important for a person to change the toxic environment into a peaceful one and do meditation or go for a walk in nature to feel better.
