5. Burpees:

Burpee is a exercise which involves are whole body & boost our cardiovascular fitness, furthermore it also burns alot of calories. To perform it first stand-up & then drop into a squat position with your hand on the ground. After that kick your feet back into plank position & perform a push-up. Lastly jump your feet back into your hands & then jump explosively into the air.
